Delicious moist round Christmas pudding full of stout soaked fruit, handmade to an old family recipe. Wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.
After steeping the juicy currants, sultanas, raisins and figs in stout we combine them with the rest of the ingredients including our special pudding spice mix. We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and leave to mature to perfection.
These make fantastic gifts.
Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
