Delicious moist round Christmas pudding full of rum cask cider soaked fruit, handmade in small batches. The cider we use is produced by a local cider maker, Tutts Clump Cider, who use a variety of eating, cooking and crab apples mainly from within West Berkshire, which has been fermented and matured in oak rum barrels. The pudding is then wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.
After steeping the juicy currants, sultanas, raisins and figs in cider we combine them with the rest of the ingredients including our special pudding spice mix. We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and left to mature to perfection.

Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
