Description
Classic Christmas cake, packed with fruit and nuts and generously laced with French brandy, slow baked in small batches, then left to mature, with a couple of feeds of extra brandy along the way.
All our Christmas cakes are topped with marzipan and finished off with a decorative Christmas design on a layer of white icing.
Our naked cakes are ready for you to ice and decorate.
