Why do you use vegetables?

It all started with a challenge, using vegetables we can obtain many different results, for example we can reduce sugar and butter, in fact some cakes do not have any refined sugar in them or any added fats.  It’s a fun way to use vegetables.

Does having vegetables in the cakes contribute to your vegetable portions?

Yes they do contribute to one of your vegetable portions.

How much vegetables do you put in the cakes?

Vegetables are the biggest ingredient in all our cakes and brownies, only our flapjack is the courgette the second largest ingredient after the oats.

Do we make any Gluten Free cakes?

Yes we do, we use flours such as rice and gram flour which is naturally gluten free.

Do we make cakes for specific diets?

No we don’t, but please do get in contact with us as we use/can use different ingredients and may be able to help.
