Delicious moist round vegan Christmas pudding. Our dark rich Christmas pudding also does not contain gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soya with no added refined sugar (please note that our kitchen does use these ingredients, therefore may be unsuitable for some).
Handmade in small batches, we use juicy currants, sultanas, raisins which we let steep in Brandy, then we combine with the spices and the rest of the ingredients.
We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and leave to mature to perfection. The pudding is wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon.
These make fantastic gifts.
Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
