On our 12 week course you will learn how to create cakes with vegetables as one of the largest ingredients.
In an age where we are looking to go more plant base diet, increase vegetable intake, this course will give participants a great life skill.
Training is continual, each fortnight students get new recipes, shopping and equipment list, they are supported throughout the course and can ask questions, via email or text, the aim is for them to have fun and learn a vital life skill.
You don’t have to be a talented baker, you will be guided through all stages, you will have access to the assessor whenever you need.
Week 1 &2 Traybakes
Week 3 & 4 individual cakes
Week 5 & 6 Pastry
Week 7 & 8 loaf cakes
Week 9 & 10 large cakes
Week 11 & 12 create your own cake you will be given a basic recipe where you will be able to change the vegetables and spices around to create your own unique cake.
There is a mixture of recipes which also include (not all but some) dairy free, gluten free, vegan, egg free, refined sugar free
