Our courses are held in small groups, we will inspire you into a whole new way of thinking about baking, showing you how to create cakes using vegetables as the largest ingredient, from using regular ingredients through to using alternative flours and no added refined sugars.
We do not show you how to bake the cakes we sell - I am sure you will understand why.
