A selection of five cakes made with flowers and vegetables bringing a whole new dimension to cakes.
Our flower and vegetable selection box is great for any occasion, as a thank you, for a birthday or just for you as a treat.
We have used flowers in different ways that compliment the vegetables, this cake range uses rice flour and ground almonds which imparts unique and interesting characteristics.
The cakes included in this selection box are as follows:
Rose and Courgette with Rose and Beetroot Icing.
Lavender and Swede with Lemon Drizzle.
Mint Chocolate and Aubergine Torte.
Violet and Pumpkin Slice with Violet Chocolate Drizzle
Orange Blossom and Butternut Squash with Orange Blossom Icing
Our cakes have been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Saturday Independent, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Life amongst others.
They have been awarded BBC Good Food Producers of Excellent British Speciality Food.

At Blackberry Cottage all our cakes are handmade in small batches, they are then hand-wrapped and securely packed in the box.

Shelf life: 6 days the cakes are suitable for freezing, place in freezer on delivery, can freeze for up to 3 months.
