Gluten Free Cakes, made with vegetables as the largest ingredient, these make wonderful gifts for anyone with a  gluten intolerance.


A selection of five cakes made with alternative flours which bring a whole new dimension to our cakes.

By using rice and gram flour which impart their unique and interesting characteristics of textures along side the vegetables we have created an amazing  range.

Our selection box is great for any occasion, as a thank you, for a birthday or just for you as a treat.

Your alternative cakes will be:

Lime Drizzle with Courgette (rice flour)

Chocolate Sponge with Butternut Squash (rice flour)

Chocolate Torte with Aubergine (flour free)

Apricot and Almond with Carrot (gram flour)

Chocolate Brownie with Spinach (blended flour).

If you have any specific requirements please contact us prior to ordering.

At Blackberry Cottage all our cakes and brownies are handmade in small batches, they are then, hand-wrapped and securely packed in the box.

Our cakes have been featured in magazines such as Vogue, Saturday Independant, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Life amoungst others.

They have been awarded BBC Good Food Producers of Excellent British Speciality Food.

Shelf life: 5-7 days (depending on the cake). Suitable for freezing, place in freezer on delivery, can freeze for up to 3 months.

    Having long suffered the boredom of endless sugary, fatty, dry gluten-free brownies, my boyfriend surprised me with a gorgeous gluten-free selection box. It came delightfully wrapped, with each individual cake labelled and the ingredients explained, and to my delight only one of the five cakes had milk in it! Each cake was so unique, my personal favourite being the lime drizzle with courgette which was so soft and fluffy, not dense at all as most gluten-free cakes are! Thank you so much Blackberry Cottage for creating a little box of delights!
