Product Description

This 4 hour course (10am-2pm) is held at Blackberry Cottage, Nr Newbury, West Berkshire.  All ingredients will be supplied all you need to bring is an apron and come along for some fun.

We shall show you how to incorporate vegetables into cakes, also how to make a delicious cake using no fats or refined sugars, how to use different flours, to such as gram and rice along with a few demos.

You will be going home with you the goodies that you have made and also sampling other vegtable cakes at coffee time.
