Delicious moist round Christmas pudding full of rum cask cider soaked fruit, handmade in small batches. The cider we use is produced by a local cider, who use a variety of eating, cooking and crab apples mainly from within West Berkshire, which has been fermented and matured in oak rum barrels.

After steeping the juicy currants, sultanas, raisins and figs in stout we combine them with the rest of the ingredients including our special pudding spice mix. This is a lovely rich Christmas Pudding.

After steeping the juicy currants, sultanas, raisins in Ale we combine them with the carrots, spices & rest of the ingredients.
Vegan, Refined Sugar Free Christmas Pudding
Delicious moist round Brandy soaked Christmas pudding. Our dark rich pudding does not contain gluten, dairy, egg, nut and soya with no added refined sugar.

Traditionally Christmas Puddings were made on “stir up Sunday”, which always falls on the last Sunday before Advent.
The pudding ingredients are mixed together in the direction of East to West in honour of the three wise men who visited baby Jesus. A silver sixpence was stirred in to the mixture to bring the finder wealth and good luck for the year to come.
