Be ready for Halloween and Bonfire entertaining.
This 3 hour course is held at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Nr Maidenhead, Berkshire. All ingredients will be supplied all you need to bring is an apron and come along for some fun.
You will learn how to incorporate seasonal vegetables into your cakes on our fun and informative course. Along with regular ingredients we shall also be using alternative flours, no added refined sugars and no added fats.
Featuring seasonal vegetables such as celeriac, pumpkin and squashes, with a very pretty flower petal flap jack with chocolate and petals drizzle.
You will be going home with you the goodies that you have made.
All courses run from 6.30pm – 9.30pm and light refreshments are included.
