Delicious moist round Christmas pudding using a traditional old recipe with ale and carrots, handmade in small batches. The pudding is wrapped in muslin and finished off with a pretty ribbon.
After steeping the juicy currants, sultanas, raisins in Ale we combine them with the carrots, spices and the rest of the ingredients. We let each pudding steam for 6 hours, wrap and left to mature to perfection.
These make fantastic gifts, a thank you, teachers gift, Christmas present or just for your dinner table on Christmas day.
Reheat, take label and ribbon off pudding, place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave, take pudding out of all wrappings, 3 minutes on high. Make sure pudding is hot in the middle.
