Flowers and Vegetable Cakes

I love product development but never seem to have enough time to dedicate to it, however this month I have been in the kitchen developing a little cake range to celebrate Spring/Mother’s Day/Easter.

What better way to celebrate than having a wonderful flower and vegetable range, delicate pinks, the wonderful hue of purples to the vibrant yellows.

lavender swede cakeWe have been working hard to get a right balance of flower and vegetable and still have the cake to taste like a yummy cake, it has taken a lot of combining, tasting, playing, re-tasting with lots of different vegetables and flowers, still keeping our vegetables as the largest ingredient.

These will make wonderful Mother’s day gifts, (just putting it out there, flowers and cakes…..)

Our two pictures are from the test kitchen, just to whet your appetite, we will post more photos in the next few days.  Our amazing flower and vegetable cake range will be online shortly for you to order.
